Whats the best way to lose weight?

Throw out your scale! Dont starve yourself. dont go below 1200/1300 calories a day. Make sure you try stick to the food pyramid for a nutritious diet. make sure you eat lots of high fibre foods cause they fill you up longer and dont give any calories. Cut out most unhealthy snacks but like still have them occasionaly. Exercise. Drink lots of water. DONT COUNT CALORIES. Take a multi-vitamin just in case. Keep your protein intake up-This will keep you’re motabolism going, get it from lean meats and quorn products. Drink plenty of water. Have fruit, nuts and vegetables as snacks. Learn to love you’re body.
